Hire periods range from a weekend to a year, with a minimum charge of one week. We work with you to find the most cost-effective option, factoring in transport, installation, and site requirements. A deposit is usually required for advance bookings. Similar to car hire, we also charge a refundable bond (subject to our standard Terms and Conditions). Contact us for a detailed pricing proposal tailored to your project.

We operate a large hire fleet — including kitchens, coolrooms, dry store units, warewashing containers, and trailer coolrooms — all in constant demand. Our friendly team will help secure the right units to suit your requirements and timing.

Absolutely. We offer a standard equipment list as a starting point, which can be altered or substituted to suit your exact requirements — whether it’s café service, à la carte dining, high-volume production, pop-up restaurants, fast food at events, cook/chill operations, or bakery setups.

This depends on your menu and service style. The Premier Kitchen (K Series) can produce up to 500 meals in one service period, while the Essential Kitchen (PK Series) can produce up to 400 meals.

No — our versatile hire fleet includes coolroom trailers, coolroom/dry store containers, mobile warewashing units, pop-up canteens/cafés, retail and merchandise containers, and more. We also offer a mobile medical centre/triage unit, popular for motor racing and sporting events. If we don’t have exactly what you need, we may be able to custom-build it with enough lead time.

You’ll need the following within 10 metres of the site (*):

  • 2 × 32-amp (3 phase) power outlets
  • Legal discharge point for sullage (waste water)
  • 2–4 × 45kg LPG bottles to run kitchen equipment
  • 1 × fresh potable water connection

(*) If you can’t meet all these requirements, our team can provide alternative solutions, such as mobile waste tanks or refillable fresh water tanks.

The more notice you provide, the more time we have to plan equipment and schedule installation and training. That said, we understand urgent needs — in most cases we can prepare a kitchen in one day and be on site the next, depending on the location of the unit.

We deliver kitchens on side-lifter trucks operated by our own technicians. This means the same expert who sets up and tests your kitchen is also the one delivering it, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Yes. We’re experienced in creating tailored solutions for unique situations. For example, one client uses our generator, water, and waste tanks annually for a remote school camp. In another case, we craned a kitchen into place overnight to avoid disrupting traffic on a busy bus route. We’ve even built custom complexes combining multiple kitchens, dining spaces, hoarding, walkways, and roofing systems into an integrated solution.
